Verizon Wireless Customer Service Agreement


We make no express or implied assurances or warranties, including, to the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties of market access or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to your service, wireless device or applications to which you have access through your wireless device. We do not guarantee that your wireless device will function properly or will not require occasional updates or modifications or that it will not be adversely affected by changes, updates or other network-related activities. You agree to pay all access, usage and other charges charged to you and any other user of your wireless device. If multiple wireless devices are connected to your account, you agree to pay all charges incurred by users of those wireless devices. For charges based on time or data sent or received, we will round each fraction to the next full minute or, depending on how you are billed for data usage, to the next megabyte or gigabyte. . . .
